Our Process & Procedures

One of our Troopers will send you a Heads Up text or email to let you know that they are on the way and should be at your yard in 30 mins. As much as we love pups, please make sure any aggressive dogs are inside during your service timeframe.

Once the Trooper gets to your yard, they will set up their equipment and find the entrance that you noted in your setup for this service. if there is no fence or gate they will simply start scooping!

when our trooper is done, they will take one last look around the yard for anything they missed, and proceed to the exit. If you have a fenced in yard that they came through, our Trooper will be sure to close the gate behind them and snap a picture to let you know they are finished!
